Get Up there, Get Out there!

Flying Rabbit Adventures

Combining a world-class aerial adventure park, an unparalleled outdoor experience suitable for all ages, and a chance to learn about and cultivate an appreciation for trees and the natural environment of the Southeast region, Flying Rabbit Adventures is Greenville’s newest and most exciting attraction.

Built on five acres of heavily wooded land near downtown Greenville and adjacent to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, The Flying Rabbit will offer participants a three-story, tree-spanning obstacle course featuring 60 uniquely designed athletic experiences which will appeal to adventure seekers of all abilities.

Founder Jonathan Simmons, who has consulted on the design, building and tree care for aerial parks all over the world, has used his vast expertise to bring this new park to his hometown. Leveraging all that Jonathan has learned and seen and the industry’s most innovative and advanced technologies, these exhilarating tree-top activities will include rope walks, swinging platforms, climbing elements, zip lines, and more. An expert team of highly trained Adventure guides guide and advise participants to help them securely and joyfully enjoy the aerial challenges the course provides.

For those who prefer to stick a little closer to the ground (but why would you?), the Flying Rabbit will also feature a high-performance, all-wheel pump track, plus a friends and family viewing deck to create fun and lasting memories for everyone.

Come for the Excitement, Stay for the Day

The Flying Rabbit is part of the new Holland Park development, which also features the Home Team barbecue restaurant, Double Stamp Brewery, and a common green space and gathering area. These amenities will allow adventurers to climb, jump, swing for hours, then refresh and do it all over again, or give moms and dads a much-needed break while the kids continue the fun.

Flying With Confidence

Flying Rabbit Adventures will offer the best of both worlds: security and ease of use, paired with freedom and flexibility. Utilizing a locked continuous belay harness that disappears behind each participant, each person can easily navigate as many of the elements in the park as they choose without having to hook or unhook, able to face new challenges at their own level of comfort, pace and expertise securely and self-assuredly while feeling free and unencumbered.

Instilling a Love of and Respect for Nature

At Flying Rabbit Adventures, fun is promised, but nature is paramount. Every aspect of the course has been designed and maintained by our passionate team of environmentalists to educate the public about the flora and fauna of our area and to instill a love of and respect for nature from an early age.

As a master arborist, Jonathan Simmons has also designed the park as an arboretum showcasing a broad swath of trees native to the Southeast region.

The park will feature dedicated “Nature at Work” areas, lovingly maintained to encourage new and protect existing growth, as well as clearly labeled tree markers that will help participants identify and learn more about various species of trees.

The team has also developed a full tree education and conservation curriculum and will partner with schools and environmental groups to offer these programs.
